पुतिन से मुलाकात के बाद ट्रंप का बड़ा बयान, कहा- युद्धविराम नहीं, स्थायी शांति समझौता जरूरी
वॉशिंगटन। अमेरिका के राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने रूस-यूक्रेन युद्ध पर अपनी कूटनीतिक पहल को लेकर बड़ा बयान दिया है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस संघर्ष को समाप्त करने के लिए केवल युद्धविराम नहीं, बल्कि एक स्पष्ट और स्थायी शांति समझौता जरूरी है। ट्रंप ने यह टिप्पणी रूस के राष्ट्रपति व्लादिमीर पुतिन से अलास्का में मुलाकात के बाद की।
डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने शनिवार को ट्रुथ सोशल पर पोस्ट करते हुए जानकारी दी कि उनकी अलास्का में रूस के राष्ट्रपति व्लादिमीर पुतिन के साथ एक सकारात्मक बैठक हुई। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने यूक्रेन के राष्ट्रपति वोलोदिमिर जेलेंस्की और यूरोपीय नेताओं से भी टेलीफोन पर बातचीत की।
ट्रंप ने कहा, “सभी पक्ष इस बात पर सहमत हैं कि युद्ध को समाप्त करने का सबसे कारगर और स्थायी तरीका एक स्पष्ट शांति समझौता है। केवल युद्धविराम पर भरोसा करना खतरनाक हो सकता है, क्योंकि हालात फिर से खराब हो सकते हैं।”
ट्रंप ने यह भी पुष्टि की कि यूक्रेन के राष्ट्रपति जेलेंस्की सोमवार को वॉशिंगटन डीसी स्थित व्हाइट हाउस में उनसे मुलाकात करेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि अगर यह बैठक सकारात्मक रही, तो इसके बाद वह रूस के राष्ट्रपति पुतिन के साथ अगली वार्ता का शेड्यूल भी तय करेंगे। राष्ट्रपति ट्रंप ने नाटो महासचिव समेत अन्य यूरोपीय नेताओं के साथ भी विचार-विमर्श करने की बात कही और दावा किया कि सभी इस युद्ध को खत्म करने के इच्छुक हैं।
